FOUNDATION COURSE

6 hours of DANCE, DRAMA & SONG
Students aged 14 years +

SUNDAY, 10:00 am – 4:30 pm

Studying Performing Arts full time is a big commitment and can be expensive if not one hundred percent certain that this will be your chosen career.

The foundation course is ideally suited to older students wishing to join our full time diploma course in the future, or for anyone wishing to develop or enhance their current performance skills.

DANCE:
The most vibrant of all art forms, dance is, of course, studied in equal depth to the rest of the performing arts. Creating students with greater physical control and awareness.

DRAMA:
A fundamental element of performing arts. No Song, Dance or (of course) dramatic work is complete without characterisation and appropriate emotional content.

SONG:
All styles of music will be covered with equal emphasis placed on technique style and performance. Everyone has a voice, the role of the Academy is to find and maximize the potential of that voice.

Students must attend an interview before commencing on the foundation course.
