TEACHING STAFF

"Those that can do, and those that can't teach!" A saying which, if it were true, would deny the world of many great teachers. The majority of our  teachers are those who do both!

We call upon a host of professional performers to train our students. Each brings with them the irreplaceable experience of having been there. This knowledge of the business cannot be learnt from a book.

Our team of dedicated, respected, teachers provide the techniques and groundwork that a professional’s skill is built upon, whilst concentrating on developing the physical and mental disciplines vital to a performer.

Guest teachers/ lectures from all areas of the performing arts visit the full-time students, providing an invaluable insight into their specialist field.

All of our staff members are CRB checked.

ACADEMY FACILITIES

Renowned for our excellent facilities, all classes take place in one of our seven, fully equipped studios.

The Academy also provides modern changing/ shower rooms and ‘The Green Room’, an area where both pupils and parents can meet and relax between lessons.

Situated two miles from the centre of Newcastle, local amenities include: Library, leisure centre/ swimming pool, a wide range of shops and supermarkets, ample car parking and excellent public transport.

With the fabulous facilities we have it would be a shame to keep them to ourselves. The Academy’s studios are regularly used by professional companies for auditions, rehearsals and filming, these have included,
